Smaller than a mobile phone, the 1661 Pocket Bluetooth Portable Data Collector packs a lot of scanning power in a small mobile package. Built-in Bluetooth Communication allows instant data scanning to a Blue-Tooth compatible PDA, notepad PC or any Bluetooth device.( such as iPhone, iPad etc) It continually operates through multiple shifts on a pair of replaceable AAA batteries, never interrupting work for a recharge. And when you're out of Bluetooth communication range, 256k of on-board memory holds hundreds of scans until you're back in range.

When not required for portable data collection operation the Cipher Lab 1661 can be used as a personal desktop bar code reader.
