Nexa CM500M


The CM 500M is a very easy to use portable barcode data collector that is also equally usable as an ordinary
barcode scanner.
While many data collectors on the market need software to be installed on the PC to operate, the CM 500M
simply installs itself as a USB HID, (i.e. driverless install) device. Then when plugged in it operates as a standard
scanner would, but when unplugged from the PC any barcodes scanned are stored in it's memory. A feature of the CM 500M is the capability to program the unit to add a date/time stamp to each barcode as it is scanned.

Very useful in a service environment - ie to log staff visits to customers etc.

When reconnected to the PC simply press the upload button and all stored barcodes/date time stamps, are output to the screen. Plugging the scanner back into the PC also recharges the CM 500s Lithium Ion battery
  • Up to 4000 x 13 digit barcodes can be held in the memory prior to uploading the PC
  • The Bluetooth Version allows connection to Lap top, Mobile phone, PDA
  • Ergonomic and lightweight for all day use
  • With the USB cable attached the CM 500M performs just like a normal cabled scanner
  • Data reading/output formats are fullly programmable.
